Ariel is my daughter’s favorite princess, but she loves Belle too. When she met Ariel at D-Land, Ariel asked her to dance with her to help her practice on her human legs. It was priceless–wish I had video, but at least I have pictures!
I adore Tiana from Princess and the Frog. She is a smart girl with ambition, wanting her own business and working hard to be successful.She’s not in some castle or house waiting to be rescued!! She rescued herself & got a handsome exotic prince as a bonus.
My favorite has always been Aurora from Sleeping Beauty! Can’t wait for my one yr old to get into princesses!

Beauty in the Beast was my obsession as a child… likely because it was the first movie I saw in theaters with my mom. Now days I think Rapunzel takes the cake since it was the first movie my daughter and I saw in theaters together!

I love all the Disney princesses as they are rags to riches story’s, every little girl dreams of having her prince charming to rescue her. Belle is my favourite as it’s girl power with this princess, she saves her prince.
Belle is my favorite! Beauty and The Beast is my favorite movie! I always loved how she was true to herself even though she was different from everyone in her village. and how she hated Gaston, and loves books.
It’s always been between Princess Jasmine and Belle for me. I love how Aladdin was so “fairytale” and how Beauty and the Beast was so enchanting. I love that with Beauty and the Beast Belle saw what was on the inside… in his heart and not what was on the outside. Great lesson for our girls to learn:)

I was hooked on fairy tales when I was little. Even before Disney came out with Beauty & the Beast, it was one of my favorite stories. But who wouldn’t be enchanted with the three little fairies in Sleeping Beauty? I’d have to vote for Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty.

My little Miss loves The Frog Princess…We lost my Uncle a few months ago and Ray (The Lightening Bug) was the first thing she really understood as ‘dead’…She cried so hard and was absolutely shattered. But when my Uncle died she simply told me that he would be okay, because he was in the stars with Ray and Evangeline! I cry every time I watch it with her (so does she). On clear nights when we look up at the stars if we are up WAY past bedtime for some reason she always decides which starts are Ray, Uncle, Evangeline. It’s lovely…She’s only 3!!
She’s not seen all the Princess movies yet as I’m trying to show her the original ones first. She’s read Beauty and the Beast a number of times and the Beast is her favourite Prince!!!
She also got quite angry with the stories when all of a sudden her Beast turned into the long haired man!!!!! My daughter only likes Belle’s Prince when he is the Beast!!

My daughter and I love the Tangled Princess. She starts out thinking that she is stuck and dependent on who she thinks is her Mother and then blossoms into a woman who is independent and can do so much on her own. Love the movie!

Ariel is my all time favorite Disney Princess. I love the movie The Little Mermaid. I babysat a little girl when I was a teenager. She made me watch the movie over and over and all of the songs got stuck in my head. I just fell in love with the movie and Ariel and all of the characters.
I love Cinderella, any woman that can train wild animals and birds to help with housework is worthy of being envied!

My favorite Disney Princess is Mulan, technically Mulan isn’t a Princess but she is in more ways than simply wearing a crown…I think it’s a really positive example of how to over come the gender roles of what is expected of a “girl” as she is growing up. Not only can you be beautiful, smart, independent and strong but you can still bring honor to your family while doing it. If ethical decisions in life were easy, everyone would make them. My daughter is turning two but Mulan is already a popular favorite in the household!
