Your One Stop Halloween Shop!
Last year you may recall that I admitted Christmas was still my favorite holiday, but since having children Halloween is in a close second. I have been known to purchased a ton of decorations, and I love seeing the kids dressed in costumes, excited to be out after dark collecting candy (that I will have to taste test for safety reasons of course). The one thing that was bringing me down about Halloween in previous years was the ridiculous running around I was doing trying to find costumes for everyone. Two years ago I had purchased the baby’s costume at one store, but Jake didn’t like the limited selection of toddler costumes and they didn’t carry Joey’s size. Then I found Jake’s at the Children’s Place, and again there was only a half dozen to choose from and they didn’t have Joey’s size. Then one day while shopping in Costco, Joey saw a cheaply made Transformer’s costume he had to have. Needless to say, it broke weeks before Halloween, and he had to have the thin plastic taped and stapled to his sleeve. Classic.
Then last year, using my savvy online shopping skills, I came across my new favorite Halloween store, a one stop shop for everyone in my family, Dizguise.com! Dizguise.com offers infants, kids, teens, and adult costumes, make-up and accessories, hats, wigs, party supplies and decorations and props. You can literally shop for everyone one in your house as well as for party supplies and decorations. If Dizguise.com starts carrying candy, Halloween will be the easiest holiday to shop for!
With such a wide variety of costumes for everyone you might think that shopping would be difficult, but it’s not. Dizguise.com has easy to find categories and subcategories so shopping is a breeze. For example, if you’re looking for children’s costumes you can just click on the Kid’s Costumes tab and then further narrow your search by Gender, Brand, Category, Character, etc! Shopping for Adults is just as easy, and if you’re familiar with what they carry, as I am now, you can even refine your search to the newest items. I love the Adult Zombie costumes, and if I was going out with the kids I would have totally ordered one of these. Since I’m on Candy patrol, but still wanted to participate at least a little, MaxWigs sent me some fun and colorful hair extensions that I’ll be sporting Halloween.
Maxwigs.com also have a huge variety of wigs, costume wigs, and extensions great to take any costume to the next level!
As for my kids this year, I again made the mistake of letting them browse the huge selection of costumes, and after hours of deciding each picked their own costume. Cecilia decided she wanted to be Jessie the Cowgirl from Toy Story and Jake and Joey are going to be the Mario Bros. Take a look:
The boys also have mustaches but we wanted to make sure they’d still stick so they’re not wearing them until Halloween. One great thing about the costumes from Dizguize.com, aside from the fast shipping and great prices, is that they are great quality. I saved last year’s costumes and they are in excellent condition to pass down to another child. Not only did my kids dress up on Halloween, but they had parties at school and we go to the “Sea Witch Festival” at the beach every year which is three days of parades and activities where they dress up. This is in addition, of course, to the times they just had to wear them around the house. Instead of battling about not wearing them before Halloween, or worrying about our other activities, I can rest easy knowing they’ll be fine for the big day, and even for the next kid to wear it too!
This Halloween whether you are looking for adults, kids, babies, plus size, sexy, funny, or authentic, I bet you’ll find what you are looking for at Dizguise.com! Don’t forget to find them on Facebook and follow on Twitter too!
