Jill, the owner of LuLu’s, is one of the most stylish women that I’ve ever met. I’ve always been excited to have our path’s cross at various events because she’s fun, fabulous, and takes the time to talk about her products even with frizzy, frazzled patrons like myself.
For example, scarves have been a hot accessory for a while now, but up until a year ago I didn’t own a single one. I wasn’t sure I could pull it off, but Jill showed me a couple versatile ones that she had, oh, and she even took the time to show me a few different ways to tie them (which, if I’m being honest, was the biggest reason I had never purchased any). I left the event that day with four scarves, because when you’re at a LuLu’s display it’s hard to narrow it down to one (or two, or three…).
Listening to her customers, what they loved or didn’t like about the scarves she sold, helped Jill shape her new best-selling line of scarves, Cozy by LuLu.
