Fresh Takes from Subway
Over the next few months I have an awesome opportunity to work with Subway…no, I’m not going to be the new spokesperson (don’t worry Jarrad lovers!), but I will be working with them to help bring you new, innovative, fun and creative ways to bring your families closer together! You’ll find new traditions in entertaining in anything but traditional ways.
I’ll be sharing some of my twists on tradition thanks to my Subway Partnership, and I encourage you to share your expereinces too. You’ll notice on the Fresh Takes website that you can share your own stories and traditions (and Spoiler Alert! Starting next month you’ll even have an opportunity to win prizes by doing so.) In the meantime, enter a unique personal family tradition and there’s a chance you could be featured on the Fresh Take’s website. If you’re featured there, I’m going to feature you here with your own page, an interview, and Facebook/Twitter posts! I’ll do this for each Domestic Diva fan who is featured!
Each month the Fresh Takes website will be featuring a new theme, and not surprisingly this month they are focused on Back to School and Fall. I don’t know about you all, but around my house, especially as we transition back to school and back into a routine, I can use all the help I can get! This includes not only the healthier, yet still quick, easy and delicious option of Subway sandwiches, but also through some great ideas about new traditions and things each and everyone of us can do to bring our families closer together.
Just this past week my family and I followed the Fresh Take’s feature on Clean Up, Clean Out, Help Out! We tried on and washed all of the new Fall and Winter clothes and packed up all the clothing that was too small, but still perfectly good for another child to use. We didn’t stop there either…(don’t get mad about this next part cause it’s true): The Holidays will be here before you know it, so we also went through the toys together and cleaned out and donated toys as well. This way, when the batch of new stuff comes in a few months, the kids will have space, we won’t look like hoarders, and guess what? We did a great thing by donating to people in our community that are less fortunate. So Keep an eye out here and of course on my Facebook and Twitter pages about how I’m wrnagling up my family, creating new traditions, and probably eating some delicious Subway food along the way! Be sure to check out the Fresh Takes website, upload your own story, and let me know if you’re featured so I can feature you here too! And of course, show Subway some loving and “Like their Facebook page and Follow on Twitter.
And Leave me a Comment here if you Upload a story on the Fresh Takes website…I may just have a surprise for a random commenter!
