Create Your Own Album of Shame
Fresh Takes on Family Time has taken a page right out of my own family photo album! This month one of their featured articles, Create Your Own Album of Shame, is a funny, silly, and great way to make memories. Instead of deleting all your bloopers, awkward moments, and goofs, you can collect them and make your own “awkward family photos.” Or, if you’re like my family, you can make an album like this on purpose! My kids get a kick out of making funny faces, wearing goofy clothes, and generally just having fun. (Please not this may not work with some teenagers : )
I just love this article, and it’s perhaps one of my favorites because we do it ourselves all the time. I think it’s healthy to laugh at yourself, and it’s a good reminder that not everything needs to be so serious.
