Blue Bunny Ice Cream Review/Giveaway (now closed)!

You may remember last year, that I was lucky enough to work with Blue Bunny Ice Cream on a couple occasions and was also lucky enough to offer you some of their delicious, quality ice cream products as well.  Well, from now through the end of the year I will be working with Blue Bunny Ice Cream for several product reviews and giveaways as well!  Although these are sponsored posts where Blue Bunny is providing me with free products to sample, you can expect my honest opinion on their frozen treats.  Just for you all, I’m willing to sample a number of Blue Bunny Products just to provide you with the delicious details of what they have to offer. Blue Bunny really had to twist my arm to get me to participate in this one! (wink, wink)
You’ll see that I am hosting several Blue Bunny Ice Cream events, in case you are the type of person who needs an excuse to try some yummy frozen delights, I’ll give you some ideas for when and how to enjoy some Blue Bunny Ice Cream.
To get the party started, and to kick off the unofficial start of summer, my family and I selected four treats to enjoy for Memorial Day Weekend:

The sweet taste of strawberry ice cream and real strawberries mixed with pound cake pieces and swirls of whip cream frosting in this Chef Duff Goldman’s creation of decadent ice cream and cake.  My family has actually enjoyed this flavor before, and since we usually enjoy strawberry shortcake for Memorial Day, we decided to kick it up a notch with the Strawberries are Forever Shortcake!

  Sweet Freedom Vanilla Snack Size Ice Cream Cones

Vanilla low fat no sugar added ice cream in a no sugar added cone dipped in a chocolate flavored coating topped with peanuts.  Now in a snack size!  6 cones per box. Sweet Freedom is right!  Just because you’re watching calories doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your summer favorites! Blue Bunny’s Sweet Freedom Ice Cream Cones offer a whole lot of taste with just 110 calories per cone and just 6 grams of fat (that means you can enjoy more than one : )

Champ!® Mini Swirls Vanilla Ice Cream Cones

Swirls of creamy vanilla ice cream dipped in a milk chocolate coating all inside a crunchy sugar cone.  Now in a mini size!  10 cones per box. These are the perfect summer treats (or anytime treats really) for kids, in a smaller, snack sized cone.  They’ve been a summer favorite and we’re going to be enjoying some this weekend to help keep us cool!
