Dado Planks from Fat Brain Toys
These Dado Planks, a Fat Brain Toys improvement on the standard building plank, is not only a Parent’s Choice 2010 Award Winner, but it’s also something I would say every child should have! My boys have always loved blocks and building (and I’m seeing that in my infant daughter now too), and once they opened and began playing with these boldly colorful Dado Planks it was like taking building to the whole next level! The planks were specifically designed for constructing large, ‘intricate’ structures, and with 106 pieces (55 notched and 51 standard pieces) the sky is the limit! Aside from fueling the imagination the Dado Planks are also great for developing fine motor skills, logic, reason, and generally awesome creative play!
