Apron Addiction

Apron Addiction. It’s a real thing and I think i have it. I even Googled it. Guess what I got? A hip, trendy little apron shop. So Apron Addictions must be real, and this is the store to cater to addicts like me.

I love aprons, I really do.  I have a collection going, and just like real life, I have one for almost every situation.  Some people might like to use the phrase “I wear many hats” to describe various functions they do. I wear many aprons both literally and figuratively in my life as a wife, mother, and young woman.

Apron Addiction’s styles are funky, sexy and fresh.  They remind me that I’m not just a Mom baking cookies for my kid. I’m not just hosting a family party, or cooking a family dinner. I’m young. I had have style.  As soon as I got my apron, I called some of my girlfriends. Come over. Friday. Girls night in. Wine, appetizers, and help me review my new apron.

I ordered the Brioche, and when I saw it I knew just what to wear with it.  I have fabulous pair of Lucky Brand jeans and a super cute black top from Victoria’s Secret Clothing Catalog and a pair of red strapped sandals.  The Brioche is a hostess apron with red and white, tiered embroidery, as well as three large pockets in the front for carrying all of your necessities .  There was also a hidden zippered pocket which had a delicious recipe inside (bonus!).

So what was the verdict on my newest apron from Apron Addiction? Two of my friends said they thought I could wear it “out” with leggings, another said she could see stylists in trendy salons wearing them, and my husband made a inappropriate yet flattering remark that I’ll keep private…These aprons aren’t just for the kitchen, divas!

Not helping my compulsion on collecting aprons is that there is a sale over at Apron Addiction now!  Buy one (or two) for yourself, buy one as a gift for your favorite stylist, and don’t forget the holidays are fast approaching!  Buy one (or two) for your favorite divas this holiday season!
