Baby Magic® Treatment Line – Review & Giveaway!

Any time of the year, protecting your baby’s sensitive skin is important, but for me, especially in the cold, dry winter months, it becomes especially important. Thankfully, Baby Magic® Treatment Line makes both treating, and maybe more importantly, preventing skin irritation easy!

There are four products in the Baby Magic® Treatment Line that I have tested and love which include the Baby Magic® Dry Skin Therapy Moisturizing Cream, Baby Magic® Soothing Jelly, Baby Magic® Diaper RX, and Baby Magic® Healing Balm. Each of these items will help keep baby’s skin looking and feeling great all winter (and all year) long!

Even though my youngest is now three years old, I still use the Baby Magic Treatment line because I know it’s effective and it’s safe for sensitive skin. My favorite, or the product we use most frequently, is the Baby Magic Dry Skin Therapy Moisturizing Cream. It is made with certified organic Shea butter and almond oil to help retain skin moisture to protect against dry skin. It’s also non-greasy so it doesn’t require you use large amounts, and has the signature Baby Magic scent. I use this after baths at night on areas that tend to dry out like my kid’s arms, legs, feet and hands. It provides “all-day moisture” that leaves them waking with smooth, refreshed skin. I also use this is they have been washing their hands frequently to prevent chapping.

My three year old in particular seems to get really dry skin on her elbows and legs in the winter so when she shows any sign of dry, irritated skin in those areas I turn to Baby Magic’s Eczema Care Healing Balm. It’s enriched with Shea butter and oatmeal and easily targets affected areas with the easy to use applicator (product comes in what resembles a mini-deodorant stick) to keep her skin soft. Again no need to use large amounts.

The third product we use is the Baby Magic Fresh Baby Scent Soothing Jelly. Baby Magic Soothing Jelly was developed to help protect baby’s skin. This product is a favorite of mine for relieving chapped-cheeks that are red or irritated from the cold, and I also use it around the outside of the nostrils at night when my kids have a lot of nasal congestion.

Last but not least is the Baby Magic Maximum Strength Diaper RX. Now, although my kids are all potty trained, this still comes in handy. First, if anyone has the occasional red or irritated rear, this is an instant relief. It’s also a summer time favorite for bathing suit chafing! For those not yet potty trained the Baby Magic Diaper Rx is made with 40 percent Zinc Oxide to keep baby’s backside healthy.

And do you want to know what I love most about the Baby Magic products? Well, we know they’re intended for babies, I’ve tested and love them for bigger kids, but can I just say that I love using them too? Having three kids, unimaginable daily messes, I find myself washing and rewashing my hands dozens and dozens of times a day. The Baby Magic Dry Skin Therapy Moisturizing Cream is my favorite hand cream in the house! This includes all of the over-priced department store products, products targeted for women, and others I’ve got purchased and stock-piled around the house. And maybe it’s because my toddler is still fine tuning her sharing, but she gets mad if she catches me using her lotion! I should know better though, the only thing she’s willing to share freely is germs…and my age.
