Teacup Families

You may remember last year’s review of the Teacup Piggies, one of 2010′s hottest toys, and now this year there’s even more fun with the Teacup families! Not surprisingly these adorable toys are listed as the must have collectible of 2011! With twelve limited edition sets, a Cruisin’ family Van, and a fun-filled Neighborhood Playground Playset, Teacup families are sure to grab the attention of every child this holiday season.

You’ve probably seen their commercial:

We received the Teacup Family Van and an extra set of the Teacup Family (elephants). The set has adorable characters, lots of pieces for imaginative play, and my kids are already asking for the other Teacup Family Members. The pieces are small, however, so this would be better for kids that are older and out of the toddler stage as they could pose a chocking hazard for little ones.

You can purchase the Teacup Family products at major retailers like Walmart, K-mart, Target, ToysRUs, Radio Shack and Walgreens. For more visit the Teacup Family website here, and don’t forget to connect and “like” them on Facebook for the latest!

  1. The teacup families products are not worth buying. They are cheaply made and the pieces are extremely small. No way a kid can play with that small of a toy. Defintely not worth the price and I was disappointed in giving this as a gift to my granddaughters for christmas.

    • Sorry you were not satisfied with the ones you purchased. My daughter plays with the ones noted in the review almost every day. For small, plastic toys they have held up to near-daily play, are cute and she likes them (and the price, plus durability and if my children enjoy the toys are what I base my reviews on). We’re still satisfied with them today.
