What’s a conundrum? A conundrum is a confusing, perplexing or awkward predicament. I found that my own personal conundrum was when was I going to sit down and enjoy another glass. I was lucky enough to review this wine, and you can read the full article here. What I will tell you though is that this wine is very aromatic, and has a sweet smell, almost floral scent. When I took my first sips I was surprised at how flavorful it was; I could taste not only the grapes but also a pear as well as a citrus blend and even detected a hint of vanilla. With such a complex flavor, I was also surprised at how smooth it was as well. It was a wonderful compliment to my grilled tuna dinner and the pineapple salsa that accompanied it seemed to help me identify other flavors in the wine as well. There were hints of melon as well in this creamy, smooth, some what complicated, yet not overly sweetened glass of wine.
